Is cortisol a bad thing for your body?Updated 8 days ago

Too much cortisol for long periods of time is not good for your body. Constantly elevated cortisol on  can lead to fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, a weakened immune system, and more.  But brief increases in cortisol improve performance by supplying energy to muscles and the brain and increasing focus.  The body always wants balance, especially when it comes to hormones which is why in our over stimulated world we need help balancing our hormones.
