I just placed an order and need to make a change, can you help?Updated a year ago

Contact us immediately. If your order has not been processed, we will work with you to make the necessary adjustments to your order. 

If your order has already shipped, that means we would have to run out the door and chase a delivery truck to find and make changes. Unfortunately, the dogs we have here are not equipped to do that. They just wag and ask for scratches and snacks.  In this case, you can simply refuse the package upon delivery, and let us know the package is back on it’s way. As soon as it returns to our facility, we'll be happy to update your order and reship accordingly.
